Oct 9 (CT) The Treasury has slashed the CEB's allocation by 99% in the upcoming Budget 2015. Oct 9 (CI) Fourth ODI in England's tour of Sri Lanka has been shifted from Dec 6 to 7 to accommodate for a Buddhist holiday. The series, beginning on Nov 26, has seven matches - four in Colombo, two in Pallekele and one in Hambantota. Reshuffle allows for a reserve day for the third ODI on Dec 3.
