Nov 3 (CG) The police busted an ATM scam in Dehiwala today and arrested two Romanian nationals, the police media unit said. Both foreigners were arrested near the William Grinding Mills junction this morning. The police found 58 forged ATM cards and Rs. 2,351,000 in cash in the possession of the two suspects.
