50 small red chillies 1/2 onion, or 1 small onion 1 tsp salt or more to taste Vinegar
Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until soft or the sharpness has been removed. Place the chillies in a blender or food processor and blend. Add onions and salt and enough vinegar to keep the mass moving.
