Ingredients 3 Cups Caster Sugare Place sugare, Milk,water and Butter in large Suacepan and stir untill all sugar dissolves. Add Vanilla essence. Bring to Medium boil,and Boil steadily stiring constantly for approx 1/2hour. Mixture will then perform a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from Heat. Beat well untill mixture turns cloudy and pour into a weel greased tray. Then leave to set till cool,Then cut into squares with a sharp Knife and ENJOY!!! Serving 40 people |
