Dessert Du Chocolat
1. 2 egg whites
2. 1 sponge cake
3. 1 cup sugar
4. 2 tsp cocoa
5. 1 packet gelatine
6. 1/4 cup water
7. Rind of 1/2 lemon
8. vanilla
9. cadjus Method
Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup hot water.
Stir cocoa, cold water,sugar and lemon
rind for a few minutes,take off fire and
add gelatine.cool.strain.whip whites add
to cool mixture and beat till thick. vanilla.
Place half inside cake and half on top.
Scatted roasted nuts on top. Serve iced with
cream or custard.
