Ingrediants:

1 1/2lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup kutchup
2 tbs barbecue sauce
2 eggs (beaten)
salt to taste
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbs steak sauce (A-1 or any kind)
1/4 cup parmasan cheese

Method:
In a large bowl combine all ingrediants; mix well. Pack meat mixture into a grease 8'x4' pan. Preheat oven to 350 f. Bake for 1 1/4 hours or until done.

Note; you can use ground veal, park, turkey if you prefer. You can melt some chedder cheese on top of the meat loaf during last 10 min. of baking.(also you can use this meat loaf mixture to make delitious hamberger for parties,trips or camping. Print this recipe       Email this recipe
