500grms rice
4oz chicken shreded
1tsp ajinomoto
2oz green peas
1dsp ginger and garlic ground together
4ozs prawns diced
3ozs mushrooms
1tsp soyasauce
2 eggs
2ozs beansprouts
pepper and salt Method
Boil rice.Heat oil and ginger,garlic fry
add prawns, shredded chicken,sliced
mushrooms,beansprouts,seasoning,soya
sauce,ajinomoto and lastly the rice.
Scramble eggs separately,Drop in green
peas and scrambled eggs and mix the
rice.serve hot
