    01 kg steam rice
    100 gm dice carrot
    100 gm dice celery
    100 gm dice baby marrow
    100 gm dice green beans
    100 gm leeks
    50 gm onion
    25 gm garlic
    200 gm coriander leaves blend in to a paste
    Oyster sauce/fish sauce/ajinomoto/salt/pepper

    Heat oil in fry pan add onion garlic fry until lightly brown.then add dice vegetable and leeks cook until done.add steam rice mix well.add coriander paste and season with oyster sauce fish sauce ajinomoto salt pepper
    and then serve with fried grill or stirfry sea food.
