Prez regrets sacking of Udaya and Wimal

Stocks end 6% higher amid rupee float
Mar 10 (EN) Stocks soared over 6% on Thursday after the central bank allowed the local currency to float from a pegged 200 rupees, market data showed. On Thursday, rupee opened at 240/260 in the interbank market and went up as much as 275/285 before easing.
