Sep 5 (AD) The blaze that erupted in Panama-registered oil tanker MT New Diamond has been brought under control, says SL Navy. Burning oil tanker: Govt taking legal action against owners

Sep 5 (CT) Govt is in the process of instituting legal action against the company that owns the fuel tanker, which caught fire on 3 September off SL�s eastern coast. Nearly 350,000 newborns die annually
