Ratwatte says 8,300 prisoners released

Dec 25 (CT) State Minister of Prison Management and Prisoners� Rehabilitation, Lohan Ratwatte, on 23 Dec, said that 8,300 prisoners have been released from 1 to 20 Dec, and that it is the largest number to be released in SL history.
