Two policemen sentenced over gang rape incident
Jun 7 (NR) A Former Police Sub Inspector and a Police Assistant have been sentenced to 20 years and 6 months each on four charges including the abduction gang rape of two women. The two suspects were fined 70,000 rupees each and were ordered to pay a compensation fee of 200,000 rupees each to the victims.
