Earlier this week it was revealed that, VAT was scheduled to be increased to 15 % from 2 May. Sri Lanka gives new southern expressway deals to Chinese firm
Apr 21 (EN) Sri Lanka has given contracts to China National Technical Import and Export Corporation under the Southern Expressway project to rectify slope failure and repair local roads using savings of 1.93 billion rupees. SLT mitigates large foreign exchange loss, additional taxes
