Sri Lanka�'s deflation turns into 1.7% of inflation in October
Oct 30 (LBO) Sri Lanka has recorded a 1.7% of inflation measured by Colombo Consumer Price Index after three consecutive months of deflation. The statistics department said this is due to the elimination of effect of reduced electricity bills and recent price increases of certain food items.
