Excise busts group of foreign liquor, cigarette smugglers

June 25 (Island) Officers of the Crime Division of the Excise Department recently nabbed three suspects at the BIA arrival lounge for attempting to smuggle in 39 bottles of premium brands of foreign liquor and 14 cartons of cigarettes.
