Traffic OIC arrested on bribery charge |
May 29 (Island) Wellawa Traffic Officer-in-Charge was arrested yesterday for taking Rs. 20,000 from a truck owner forcibly. The Sub Inspector concerned had allegedly taken the money from a tipper truck carrying earth on May 24 according to a complaint made by the owner of the truck on May 26.
