Conman who cheated 15 persons released on bail

Feb 6 (Island) Kesbewa Magistrate Chamath Madanayake released a suspect who was charged with cheating 15 persons to the tune of Rs 4.5 million promising employment in France on Rs 80,000 cash and Rs 2.4 million surety bail.
