Only 50% criminal cases completed since 2004

Nov 11 (DM) The police department has been able to complete only 50 per cent of criminal cases reported annually since 2004, Parliament was informed today. During the first nine months of this year, 40,560 cases were reported but only 16,406 of them have been resolved.
