Quacks appear on TV health ads |
July 11 (Island) The Government Medical Officers' Association (GMOA) claims that quacks appear on television advertisements to promote health products. Indian police nab man suspected to be naxalite |
July 11 (ENS) The city police detained a 30-year-old man, suspected to be a naxalite, along with 14 others during a protest in front of the Sri Lankan Airlines office at Nungambakkam, here on Saturday. Sri Lanka exports up 37-pct in April |
July 11 (LBO) Sri Lanka's exports rose 37 percent in April 2011 to 745.7 million US dollars driven by a 41 percent gain in industrial exports to 574 million US dollars, while imports also rose 53 percent to 1.5 billion US dollars.
