Interest Rates in State Banks fixed deposits decreased |
Nov 4 (LT) The customers with fixed deposits in state banks are facing a difficulty due to the decrease of interest rates on their deposits. Even though the State Banks Management stated at a press briefing recently that the interest rate on fixed deposits will not be reduced, Bank of Ceylon has decreased interest rate to 5% from 5.25% by now.
