Apr 19 (Xinhua) Sri Lanka raised its diesel price Wednesday due to pressures created by high cost of global oil prices, officials said. S. K. Cyril, deputy general manager of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) said that the price of diesel has been raised by 5 percent with effect from midnight Wednesday.
