Stocks end higher, hotel sector shines |
Oct 12 (Reuters) Stocks ended higher on Tuesday, driven by fresh retail investor interest in the hotels sector, traders said. The key Colombo all-share index climbed a provisional 0.41 percent, or 5.97 points, to 1,451.40 points. The bourse has gained more than 36 percent so far this year on upbeat corporate earnings.
